FENG SHUI VIDEO FAVORITE FOR PBS PLEDGE DRIVES

Every few months local television stations all over the country pull out the best programs to air during their Public Television Pledge Drives. I have always been a fan of PBS and have donated many paintings to San Jose, California’s KTEH art program featured every year, to raise moneys so the viewer may have a choice in quality educational programming.

Although I find the majority of their choices enlightening and fascinating, my husband also has his favorites, which brings me to the subject of the Art of Placement called Feng Shui. Those who know my work as a Feng Shui consultant can attest to my recommendation that married couples should each have a space, corner or room of their own. One of the reasons my husband and I have been married so long is this rule applied as soon as the honeymoon phase of being joined at the hip was getting on our loving nerves.

We began to notice this separation mode when the children were old enough to join the evening television viewing. I realized my programming choices were voted out in a heartbeat, as my suggestions for TV entertainment were considered not ‘cool’ by the living room majority. Faces of ridicule turned toward me as I chose a happy family program. Understanding many of my readers under the age of 45 years old aren’t relating to the concept of a whole family having to share a television, I will explain. In the olden days, one television set per family was the norm. Yes, it is true!

Family viewing of the boob tube took an ugly turn when I refused to see one more Three Stooges or Popeye episode. I tried asking for ‘my turn’ nicely at first. Pouting, crying and walking out of the room didn’t work either as I tried reason with the crew. The only solution at some point in the marriage was another TV. I don’t remember when the split in television viewing became a reality, but our second purchased TV saved our marriage!

Placement of these electro-interfering objects is a tricky Feng Shui dilemma. They shouldn’t be placed in any bedroom where they pose a health and sleeping problem, nor should they live in the master bedroom as they become a hazard to your love life. Having warned you of the power of this little box, let me remind you of its better qualities.

Without television, we would not be able to broadcast in one minute through the invisible energy waves, worldwide happenings. To many, this is a bombardment of earth’s negative happenings; but on the other hand, choice programming expands compassion, healing and environmental issues.

The Feng Shui video featuring Master Lin Yun teacher and Feng Shui Master of Black Hat School of thought and Deborah Gee Feng Shuing a home began broadcasting in the year 2000. This teaching tool was produced and created by Deborah Gee’s 9 Star Production Company It has opened the doors to an ancient Chinese system of harmony and balance, which can be incorporated into any person’s living or working space.

Deborah’s dedication is consistent and honorable. Her purpose is to educate the world in the movement and flow of Chi or energy and how this invisible wave of energy affects peace in the home, which carries over to the work place, towns, cities, nations and eventually the world.

PBS stations around the United States and other countries are now airing this masterpiece of information with the help of television. After three years, her mission is to provide another eye-opening video on the Art of Placement. I wish to share her latest email and her next project for world peace.

Deborah Gee's TV program, "Feng Shui: Creating Environments for Success and Well-being," has been such a success on PBS pledge that she is developing a five-part series. Her show has been airing on PBS across the country for the past two years. The broadcast license expired last December, but the subject has such strong appeal that many PBS stations renewed their license to continue airing it. In fact, it just aired locally on KQED, Channel 9, on June 7, Saturday at 5 p.m. Deborah is acquiring funding for the new series through corporate underwriters. If you know of anyone who might want to support a prestigious production that can help individuals and businesses create environments that will encourage them to flourish, contact: 9 Star Productions, Inc. 415-398-0292.
