Feng Shui Methods to Support Surgical Procedures There are several holistic methods which can be made to the home and hospital room to support surgeries. One such method is stimulating the senses, such as vision. While hearing, smell, touch and spirituality are others, I will give you some pointers on visual ones. Using Feng Shui helps these sometimes necessary procedures go more smoothly. Adjust the field of vision in your hospital room and at home. Enliven the environment with bright colors, particularly green. This is the color of vitality. You can prepare your home to assist the operation before your surgery also. For example if you are having leg or hip surgery, pay attention to the far back left corner of the house (from the front door, looking inward) as this section is related to the hips, money and Wealth. The Elements in this area are a combination of Wind and Water, as the sky is helpful in blowing things your way, and prosperity is welcomed by WATER gently flowing toward your house via fountain, river, lake or stream at the outside back left perimeter of the structure. Septic tanks, stagnant pools, or unused hot tubs need "corrections," or maybe a broken door or window can impede your Wealth. Always evaluate your environment with the part of the body in trouble. There is a direct correlation with the physical and its dwelling. So here are some tips: A running-water feature inside or outside brings Wealth to the home, whereas a continuous dripping faucet allows money to slowly but surely leave the premises. Placing a large round faceted crystal such as 40 to 50 mm in the window of the far back left corner of the house brings healing light of the whole color spectrum to your aid. Light is one of the best "cures" to any Gua in the house. You don't need to know anything about Feng Shui for placing a light. Look to any dark hallway, room, closet or basement to place a light and it will change your life quickly, waking up that area of your life. Place yellow in the center of your house with a light shining on this healing color of EARTH, and improvement will happen. Place a light with intention, and results will follow! The middle left side of the house is the Family Sector, WOOD is the Element, green is the color and feet are the body part assigned to this Gua or section. Go to this room or rooms of your house or business and look for blockages, such as blocked doors, leaking bathroom faucets, washers, or a fireplace in a red room or an all-white room. Red denotes fire and is lucky in some areas, but you will need a lot of green color and plants to balance a WOOD section. White is considered Metal and the "metal ax" could be "chopping" your leg. Add green décor and plants to help correct this imbalance! Your friends and relatives can become Helpful People. Place an angel statue, card or painting in the front right room of the house to activate those who can help during this time. This is a heaven Gua. Just standing in this area of the house will bring healing effects, if the area is clean, free of clutter and other debris. If you are feeling helpless and no one seems to come to your aid, check this part of your home inside and outside for clues to depression, overwork and you are the only one doing the "daily grind." An office, bedroom or kitchen with no windows gives a sensation of suffocation. Add mirrors and wonderful paintings or murals, which are reflected in the mirror for a visual aid and, like adding a dash of salt to the recipe, add light and sound! Assign your helpers to hang a crystal in your room over the middle of the bed or place it on the windowsill in the hospital room and also at home while recuperating. This will help you see a full spectrum of colors, all which have special powers. Having lots of plants and flowers around you during this time is important. If it is possible, have a friend or relative bring new flowers every 3 days for 27 days. This is one of the most valuable cures ever given by my Master Teacher. So simple an adjustment, but truly effective, as the flowers change the Chi of the room or rooms and the Chi of the people in the rooms, especially those in hospitals bringing new energy to any space with visual color and vibrational "medicine." Don't repeat the type of flowers, at least not before the first three bouquets. Use different colors for the visual stimulation, which penetrates on a cellular level. Your sense of vision will unconsciously adjust your immune system in response to the lushness of the plants and the colors of the crystal. You will feel revitalized and your condition will improve.
