Lawsuits and Ongoing Problems/Down the Drain

Feng Shui is not the norm in the far Northwest of the United States, but it is coming. At a recent talk for a community organization, I asked who had read or heard of the ancient Chinese system or arranging homes and workplaces with Feng Shui. Out of 60 people only one person raised their hand. Wow - I was taken aback, but those who have heard of its wonders call and want me now! They explain that they have seen my ad in the Clamdigger, a local news booklet that comes out weekly, whose readers cover a large area of Northwest.

Here is one gentleman who has been through many lawsuits, and other non-ending chaos who needs me immediately; but my speaking engagement for The Woman's Council Show, similar to a Home Show, next weekend makes it impossible for me to give him better Feng Shui information before his trial date. He has also a lawsuit pertaining to a large boat he purchased. Being an engineer, he sent some professional drawings of his present home, the boat in question and a childhood home floor plan. Sometimes clues from the past can help diagnosis future decisions from the location of a childhood bedroom. Here is the conversation on my end.

Hello again,

I'm going to give you a few quick observations, as I'm busy packing for the show in Yakima.

Boat - I am assuming you enter the vessel from the back. Is that correct, or is it from the side?

We talked about the boat having the name changed, which can be one problem.

Is the first diagram the color of the proposed paint job or is it still mainly white?

Where and when do you feel the problems with the boast started? Did you choose to buy it, or was it an agreement between you and another person? Was there a conflict at the start and was the purchase a series of problems, cash financing, etc.?

WHEN IS THE DATE FOR THE TRIAL? I can give you some advice on this if we have time. In the meanwhile, visualize pink light around the judge and everyone involved, say prayers, chants or mantras. Use the best methods you know for raising the Chi of your being. Let go and let go again to receive. Do deep breathing, from the lower rib cage first and up the diaphragm over and over in counts of 9, the magical completion number.

CHILDHOOD HOME - I need you to show me where the doorways are located. Was there a basement or an upstairs? Did you love it and your family?

PRESENT HOME - We discussed most of the problems on the phone. In the order of importance I would say:

There is a stairway or "waterfall" very close to the entry, causing money to flow out the doorway since money comes to us by the way of gently flowing WATER.

When home a slopes away from the main street, money flows away from the WEALTH corner (far back left corner of the dwelling) downhill from the property, which is a problem. The FAME AND RECOGNITION and also the PARTNERSHIP SECTION of your life "fall" away from the house.

A home which is below the street level has trouble keeping money, and new job opportunities keep slipping away. HELPFUL PEOPLE AND KNOWLEDGE skills are not recognized like they should be.

A fireplace located in the wealth corner tends to burn up your money. Is your head to the back of the fireplace in your current sleeping quarters, or is the bed in the middle of the room? What type of bed frame and mattress do you have on the bed? Has anyone else ever slept in that bed? If so, their energy is still in the bed. A DNA test would establish sloughed-off skin cells.

So, you have excess water problems and probably have trouble saying "no" to people because you are an extremely giving person and get taken advantage of. I read the Dalai Lama's books when I need a reality, such as An Open Heart. You are extremely brilliant and definitely have a PURPOSE, so release old stuff to let in new things. Feng Shui at its best!

We haven't mentioned décor - too much blue and ocean pictures, carpets and walls. Choosing EARTH colors such as yellow, tans, oranges can help balance the excess WATER, as can square shapes of baskets, tile, textiles, fabrics, paintings of EARTH in harvest scenes. RED is another color to keep your FAME in order. Using it in the far back center of any home can attract the action energy associated with the color red. A huge flag pole, with a flag or light, or six flag poles in the center of the backyard or on the deck can help raise the Chi.

So corrections need to be done in all of these areas. I will be happy to help you with them when I return. But for now, go to the immediate right corner from the main entry of the house, (walk in the front door and turn right, go to the far corner of the house) facing from the outside looking in and place a silver bucket or dish in the HELPFUL PEOPLE GUA or CORNER. Write a special message saying, "This trial goes my way and releases me from all problems and complications with the boat and everything connected with the people involved." Date and sign this mini-contract and bless the message. Turn on a light in this area as light is a FAME enhancement. Ring a bell, hang a wind chime above it, make an "altar," if possible.

You must look at all that was connected with this purchase of the boat, why the problems with the marriage came to be, and why you got involved.

My husband and I had a beautiful home similar to yours, but it was too much of a drain on our lives, and so we sold it when I became a consultant and looked for a new foundation to SUPPORT our lives. Good luck and blessings,
