Jumpstart the New Year with Feng Shui Tips

If you have missed the last two Feng Shui workshops I have given in Benicia, mark Saturday, January 7th, on your calendar for JUMPSTART THE NEW YEAR and SOUNDS OF THE FIVE ELEMENTS demonstrated (details below). Sharing my new findings about the Art of Placement will benefit all of your surroundings at home and help you achieve those business plans. I wouldn’t have continued my studies on this ancient subject if it wasn’t working for me! Wasting time or procrastinating isn’t my style. Use Feng Shui to evaluate your home and GIVE YOURSELF A JUMPSTART for the New Year of the Fire Dog.

I give my clients clues to why things aren’t working, and those who take my advice quickly move forward. If Feng Shui isn’t working for you, then call me again for an update. I work on an hourly basis for former clients, and I can find the reason quickly. (Read below for appointment scheduling.) Why wait another year to move forward!

The overabundance or underplay of certain objects, colors, furniture in the entryway, hallways or staircases can bring finances to their knees, divide thinking among lovers, parents, and siblings, and disrupt health. Starting with the neighborhood, your address, the shape of the property, the shape of the house, and entries that are above or below the street level can shape your family’s outcome. Using the seemingly strange objects such as mirrors and crystals may turn off some clients, but understanding the simple reasons behind the “cure” softens the space and deflects and projects the unseen flow of energy throughout the house, office or building.

Microsoft, North West Mall Associations (owners of the Factory Outlet Malls) and new wineries are asking me for their help by using Feng Shui for their corporations and employees. This is a big step forward for this part of the United States. Peace in the home brings peace in the nation. Feng Shui is a way to make your surroundings more beautiful; it is not a religion. It is a mathematical way of bringing harmony to cities, towns, malls, properties, neighborhoods and homes. When one Element is out of balance, strange things happen such as floods, fires, droughts, accidents and wars! We just have the Chinese and Indian Cultures to enlighten us to this helpful concept, as they took the time to record and study this action between nature and God.

The 5 Elements are the most reveling aspects to an unbalanced environment. Explaining how these tools can change a room’s Chi or flow or energy in a matter of minutes is fascinating. Using WATER in balance can open a Career. A curving stone path, black, or adding blue-black pottery to the front porch can invite new Career “paths” using this dark color assigned to Water. Water too close to the house can flood your Career or Fame, depending if it is the front yard or backyard. A quick tip for a business is to place a large mirror reflecting a large body of WATER on the wall next to your desk so Water can flow across your desk can invite money into the house. Mirrors under the cash register can double your sales.

Why is a flute used to bring in romance? Why are prayer flags placed in the Wind? What does the Center or Ming T’ang have to do with Health? Why do Asian cultures use firecrackers and bamboo so much? What other sections of the home support the Wealth area? What are “dead doors”? And how can they affect communication with my whole Family? Why can’t I find a lasting Relationship?

Each room of a house has a “voice” or breath of Chi, and when one area is blocked it shuts off the “ventilation” to other rooms. As a consultant, I can give you a quick summary of why certain goals have not been reached. Bring a large 16” x 20” quick sketch of a home or business, past present or future for class discussion to the upcoming workshop January 7th. I will locate dead doors (voice of an adult lost), describe the best entries for businesses, home office essentials and quick tips for selling property.
