Seen and Unseen Energies

Chi, or the energy of a location, is determined by the lay of the land, its surroundings, the community and the atmosphere of the environment. Chi, or the breath of life, is a powerful force of nature which flows in and around every living, breathing part of nature. Choosing an auspicious home in which to live and prosper is what the Art of Placement, or Feng Shui, teaches you through its ancient called the balance of ‘wind and water.’

Here is a list of EXTERIOR observations to be considered when looking for your sacred space.

  1. Neighborhood and sizes of surrounding homes – location, location, location!
  2. Corner lot, T-Zone, other city zoning issues and utility power source information
  3. Is it a friendly neighborhood, and what is the history of the current house or predecessor Chi?
  4. Shape of plot and terrain
  5. Shape of floor plan
  6. Building site lower or higher than street or current dwelling stairs
  7. Address numbers
  8. Health of vegetation, trees and plants surrounding the area
  9. Where are the schools, hospitals, grave yards, nursing homes and other public facilities located in conjunction with your property?
  10. Out buildings on the property and their purposes
  11. City birth date consideration

The next EXTERIOR things to observe might be –

  1. Where are the power poles and neighborhood power boxes located
  2. Drains, ditches, and their placement on the property
  3. Rural properties – septic tank placement, propane or other fuel tanks, electrical availability, zoning laws for farm animals
  4. Parking and gated community rules
  5. Fences, gates, types, shapes and size
  6. Pet observations – barking, dog runs, cat litter box placement and etc.
  7. Where do I put the garbage cans, recycle bins and keep the tools?
  8. Shape of trees, plants, their colors – bamboo verses cactus, cutting down trees and pruning around the entry and side yards
  9. Pathways, gazebos, ponds, water fountains and statues
  10. Hot tubs, saunas, swimming pools
  11. Garden shapes, flags, lighting, wind chimes and Bagua mirrors

INTERIOR check list –

  1. Choose a balanced floor plan when building or buying a home
  2. Check address number
  3. Locations of bathrooms and staircases
  4. Missing pieces, two-story and tri-level structures and basements
  5. Entry way, doors and windows and slanted entrances
  6. Hallways, and stuck energies
  7. Bedrooms and bathroom in relationship qua, separating spaces
  8. Toilets, cures-mirrors, crystals, mobiles, wind chimes, artwork, rice and plants
  9. Children in the partnership section, pictures, toys, pets and sleeping with parents
  10. Beds, locations, types, under the bed – a clear zone
  11. Headboards, wall location and power location
  12. Mirrors in sleeping rooms – Yin verses Yang environment
  13. Red ribbon marriage cure
  14. Beams, slanted ceilings, and lighting and colors
  15. Colors and elements for each Gua
  16. Images, murals, artwork, statuary, water features, fabrics and elements, water, wood, fire, metal and earth
  17. Proper placement of these objects according to the elements and their colors and shapes
  18. Desk placement for success, power rooms and floor plan abundance
  19. Office, types of desks, business cards, helpful people Gua activation, color design and power art, power objects.
  20. Merging the inside and outside of the dwelling
  21. Using Bright objects, Colors, Sound, Live elements, Kinetic energy {water, wind mills, flags and fountains} Heavy objects, Electrical energy and Symbols
