Caroline's Coming to Town!

The ancient Chinese believe that the face reveals many things about a person. Those winkles and moles are powerful signs we should love and honor. Just as finger prints are unique to each individual so is the shape of your head and face. How is Feng Shui related to the face? The information below is about the mini-workshop I will be presenting in Benicia in a few days. Hi again, Why are we always missing each other? Well, maybe someday we can coordinate a Benicia get-together. Shortly I will be able to travel and teach more. We came to Washington for the beauty and also to help with family, but after five years I am ready to tour the country and see what is going on outside of family and grandchildren. A move will soon be on the horizon! I am doing a big life change and am really excited. If you have any ideas for some workshops, let me know. I will be able to come to the Bay Area more often and am starting to plan workshops and speaking engagements in other areas of the United States and hopefully abroad. I am interested in sharing lots of information that I have learned from other teachers in the last five years.

Actually, I have never talked much about the body's association with the house, office and land plots that you own. I'm sending out "feelers" on what people want to learn next. There are so many categories. Feng Shui is just not decor and placement, but adjusting your car, boats, RVs and computers. Go Green… build a "green" haven to rest and nurture your body, mind and spirit. Use art for a quick fix. Proper art images balance a space and create a range of harmonized Elements. Educate people about harmful design details which cause illnesses and how to fix them. Learn how to read the Chi of those around you at work and at home. Safe bedrooms are a must, especially for children which, which improve learning or eliminate unusual illnesses from EMFs.

All of the environment can benefit from Feng Shui. It addresses the weather and climate considerations. Also city planning and building codes (doors swinging the wrong way) which can cause negative business growth should be evaluated. Checking the astrology of employees in regards to working together in harmony and helps a company grow. Best placement of cubicles and how to deal with those little boxes! Learning to handle disgruntled employees and weeding out those who don't fit your criteria with love and grace. Placement of bed desk and stove and how the placement spills over into the business world. Retirement and cash flow. Are you the employee or CEO? How the CEO thinks and why he/she is successful. Buying and selling properties, with all the do's and don'ts comes in handy. Where is your business located? What is the address? How is the parking? Do you have a home business and home office or a combination of both? Is the building where you work not as tall as the surrounding buildings? Where is your office or business located in regard to the main entry to a large complex which "houses" your business? Is your business a WOOD, FIRE, EARTH, METAL OR WATER business?

What Element are you? Clothing and how it affects your body and energy level. What colors are your children's clothes? Colors and their powers according to Feng Shui. Does the environment support you and your family or cause harm? House designs and using Feng Shui friendly ideas to build your future.

Meditation for divorce and "how to advice" for a spiritual separation. Selling homes, proper staging with Feng Shui. Practicing intention methods and using the bed as a place to apply Feng Shui corrections for a marriage. Creating Altars ... this is a big one. Traveling in China and Taiwan really taught me about the dedication to spiritual devotions. I created a few sacred spaces in my own home which have given me a place to think and pray. Whether it is a nook and cranny or a whole room dedicated to your faith, this special place will change your life. Any room could have a small Altar or shelf dedicated to your pets, a deity, your children, family or to your creative side, by displaying your art work. Perhaps a terrace garden with potted plants a statue and fountain or a sanctuary for meditation. 99% of the population have an Altar dedicated to the Television, so why not a special corner for celebrating "the spirit of place"?

Thanks for staying in touch. I'm sure there will be a lot of surprises on the horizon for me as I start another phase of my life. There are three quotes I have attached, with sticky notes, to the Career section of my computer screen. One says, "Your home is your canvas." The second relates, "A period of waiting signals a turning point!" And the last, by Joseph Campbell, "We must be willing to get rid of the life we've planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us. The old skin has to be shed before the new one can come." I am ready!
