Business Has Gone to the Dogs! Feng Shui Tips for a Kennel, Part 2

Last week we talked about turning your hobby into a business. I was happily surprised to get a call from former clients who had decided to change their lives. They have been married many years. I met them after they invited me to give a talk at their California monthly meeting of many successful corporate leaders in the Bay Area of San Francisco. I had assumed the early morning group was a woman’s networking association, but was surprised by being greeted by a lovely confident business woman who owned and headed up a networking group, who on that morning was attended by all men, including her spouse.

I refused to let nerves over take me at the surprise audience. I began the talk by guessing who was the most successful in the group. I guessed correctly by “reading the Chi” of the room and finding the highest source of energy in the group by looking at the men in the room, how they were dressed, the expressions on their faces, shapes of the bodies and the clothing they were wearing. Feng Shui is not just about the environment, but how the Elements interact in the space. The consultant learns this over many years of study and observation. Thank goodness I “guessed” correctly, getting the meeting off to a good start, as laughter rose up, raising the Chi of the room and now they were all intrigued with what I was saying.

Since then I have been blessed to work for some of these individuals as they made big changes in their lives and giving Feng Shui advice for not only in business, but remodeling and family matters.

Here is the remainder of notes I made to the couple who always makes Feng Shui a number one priority for home and business changes. Now that they have opened a Vacation Kennel for pets, I wanted to give their four-footed “guests” a place to remember by using balance and harmony to comfort their stay. Please go to www.moongateschool.com if you missed the first eleven notes. Click on Newspaper Column and scan down to BUSINESS HAS GONE TO THE DOGS!

1.Now we are down to the Swarovski Crystals, which are round and faceted. I have put them throughout the facility where energy needs spread out in a wide circle, slow down, enhance or “fix” poison arrows. I carry them at a good price for my clients. Never say Never! I gave in to the requests. They are blessed for 27 days on my new large Altar. It is wonderful. Incense, mantras and moving lights are infused with the objects.

2.Metal Wind chimes are also a must for lifting energy from one place to another, bringing clarity to a situation and inviting Chi into any space. A double cure is to tie a crystal to the bottom center of the wind chime.

3.Lighting is essential for Recognition. It would be wonderful to have low lighting for the animals at certain times of day, giving them a Yin condition for resting. Is there noise from the auto and truck facilities?

4.Flower Essences are so quietly powerful. Not oils, but essences, which have no odor. They can be used to clear or spritz a pet, a room or a place to energize or calm the condition. I sent you Lila Deva’s Master Kit Essences website for ones I have used with great success. She has a book on pets and essences, which is perfect. I sold both in the California shoppe. Of course I need to add murals (as an artist), which would give the place a cozy feeling. I don’t know if I would be able to do this for you, but it is a thought! The green and yellow colors are a good choice, but I can visualize seeing trees with dogs or kittens peeking around trees and corners! Maybe a large welcome mat at the front entry with dog and cat prints leading into the building, or see if the owner of the building would allow them painted on the pathway to your business door.

5.Spraying or spritzing orange scent is good for lifting energy and bringing in money as a bowl of 9, 18, or 27 oranges sitting at the entry or in a break room will represent gold money. Say a prayer or Mantra over them and they can also be eaten. Orange peel baths for the animals is also healing.

6.We will discuss personal goals and achievements, communication with the family and the business family, if you want to travel more, or employee’s birthdates for more productivity. I do suggest placing my picture of the Zodiac Power Animals with all 12 animals in view of the staff, so everyone communicates.

I look forward to our phone consultation. We will set a date that is convenient for you. I will email this to you and send a hard copy in the packet I’m preparing as a duplicate. I’m sure you will have plenty of questions.

Blessings,

Caroline
