Lawsuits and Landowners IV

Lawsuits are best avoided, but sometimes necessary to stop intruding energy. I find the rule of thumb is to check all the alternatives. Check our attitude, past and present. Lessons are always in our life, and if problems seem to be related to the same situations over and over, take a clue from the receptiveness of the lesson. Use Feng Shui to help in times of happiness and times of stress to cushion the disturbances.

The continued email conversations about this woman's dilemma have opened up the picture to a bigger picture of her life. All information about the environmental, physical and spiritual is valuable when doing a consultation. Here is more insight to the problem as the house plans are faxed to me. I find there are three stories to the old charming farmhouse, instead of one!

Dear Caroline,

What do you mean - book publishing? What have you written?

It seems to me these days that you have to get Oprah on your side to get your great book out there. I guess you'll have to enhance your "Helpful People" area - just kidding.

By the way, I have been cleaning and throwing more things out. My Helpful People area is looking (and feeling!) great. My house is truly starting to breathe. Each morning I go to my front porch and turn on my fountain (should I even be turning it off?) and let the energy flow through into our house.

I have been noticing that everywhere I go, people are so helpful. And I have been helpful as well. I have been giving my sister a hand at Feng Shui'ing her apartment (as best I can).

Can you tell me if I should include our new addition in with the Bagua of the rest of the place?

Thanks again,

A Reader

Dear Reader,

Yes, the Bagua is included over all the living space (additions), including a home with an attached garage! Porches that have an overhanging are also included. See the house as yourself. Place your body visually over the floor plan with your head to the front door, with your tummy on the floor, and the body stretched out over the house. As you can now realize, if you have a "missing part" to the home, such as a Wealth corner, your right leg could be giving you trouble. Do you follow the concept?

Actually, your home looks pretty balanced. The rectangle shape is good. The basement, however, needs some adjustment, as does the upstairs. The basement, or your "foundation of life," looks smaller than the upstairs, and the second story has DEAD space in the Wealth area. What are you storing in that far back left room? This abundance corner needs some TLC. Place a mirror on the door to that room until we can determine what is going on with the money section. Add a piggy bank or Chinese coins, leave the light on and paint the room purple if needed. "Just kidding," as my grandsons would say, but I have seen it done tastefully. Ring bells, play music, add another crystal to stimulate abundance.

Which room is considered the master bedroom? You will want to treat it as a love nest even though it isn't in the back right corner. Your love nest is in the attic. The attic symbolizes your spiritual self. I say all of this with a touch of humor, I hope you understand there are still ways to cure these room location. The only time I get a little crazy is when couples or single parents put their children the Marriage corner and the child takes on the stress of adult energy which flows in this area of the home.

The staircase needs a wind chime with a 50mm lead round-faceted crystal hanging, if possible, from the chime. Or place the crystal alone or tie it to a light fixture halfway down the stairway on the ceiling. After the addition was added to the house, the staircase became closer to the Health Gua, or the center of the home. The Earth Element can be added to the center with anything made from the Earth such as tiles, textiles, the color yellow and other Earth tones, as well as rugs made from natural fabrics or pictures depicting Earth scenes. No Water Elements, please. Pictures can be hung in the staircase in square of rectangle frames representing the square shape for the Earth Element. Don't hang a series of pictures in a "waterfall" downward position as this forces the Chi downward, the tumbling motion of water. I have had many ill people paint the hallways or staircases yellow, and this action alone helps with sickness.

Don't forget to use the Bagua colors when dressing as this can also change an attitude or ill health. Example, children who are prone to colds and mucus diseases should not be dressed continually in dark blues, a Water Element color.

Yes, I have written a book. It is two years old now and needs an update and another edit. One company wanted it right away, Sterling was interested but wanted so many photos, it would have to be changed completely, and I was busy running the business and doing consultations. I probably won't teach this fall as I have so wanted to get it in order again. Any suggestions?

I have one more painting to do. It will be an Earth Element canvas. I have four others finished representing the other Elements. They will be displayed at the International Feng Shui Conference in San Luis Obispo next weekend.

Last, but not least, yes, the fountain is like a child, watch it and care for it, add water when needed and keep it running as much as possible. It can only bring you money and Career opportunities!
